Rob Abrams – Founder, President and CEO
Robert Abrams, CEO and President of Waterside Aircraft Marketing, LLC, has over 35 years of aircraft sales experience.
Rob began flying at the age of 20, and less than two years later secured his private pilot license. In 1977 Rob officially entered the field of aircraft sales, working as a salesman in a small self-taught environment in Westfield, Massachusetts. He then spent two years at New Haven Airways. Within a short time, Rob had been promoted to sales manager at Flightways of New York, where he spent 6 years. Rob continued to climb the ladder in the field of aircraft sales, and was recruited by GE Capital to manage their business aircraft portfolio; which included short term leases, off lease sales, repossession sales and special projects involving a large variety of aircraft ranging from King Airs to Gulfstreams.
After GE, Rob joined Columbia Aircraft Sales at Groton/New London Airport where he led the sales team for over six years. In 1996, Rob founded Waterside Aircraft Marketing, LLC. He decided that it was time to work independently, and build his own aircraft sales organization.

Kevon Morin- Corporate Aircraft Sales & Acquisition
As the newest member of the Waterside team Kevon brings to the table over 30 years of sales/marketing experience. His fresh marketing approach and strong sales/training background along with his lifelong affinity for aviation has already proved to be an asset.
Prior to joining Waterside Aircraft Marketing Kevon was involved in the automotive aftermarket. He was a Field Operations Manager for Gibraltar Transmission Corporation where he was responsible for franchisee support and training as well as overseeing the staffing, opening and operation of company owned stores. In 1992 he purchased his own Aamco Transmission franchise in Bayside, Queens, NY where he was also one of eight elected members to the Metropolitan Dealers’ Associations Advertising Committee. As such, he was responsible for marketing strategies and media buys representing a multi-million dollar annual budget.
After selling the business in 2005 Kevon went on to work for a friend, Dr. David Deak, at Deak Technologies as COO. While there, he helped to restructure the company and obtain venture capital for the development of intellectual properties. He was also responsible for negotiating contracts for technologies with the likes of Intel and NASA. After fulfilling his obligations, Kevon left the company in 2007 to spend time with his family and travel.
In 2009 Kevon went to work with a local Harley Davidson franchise in sales and financing where he met Rob Abrams. Connected by a mutual passion for aviation, motorcycles and music, Rob convinced Kevon to join Waterside Aircraft Marketing.
Kevon is an alumnus of Syracuse University, College of Visual and Performing Arts where he studied Drama and Music. As an accomplished musician and writer Kevon can often be found performing in his spare time. He also lives in Madison with his family where he enjoys riding his motorcycle, hiking and sailing.

Mike Mylott- Corporate Aircraft Sales & Acquisition
Mike Mylott has been in the aircraft sales and marketing business for nearly 10 years. Growing up underneath the traffic pattern of New Haven – Tweed Airport, Mike became very aware of the differences in the steady stream of aircraft circling overhead which sparked rising intrigue over the years.
A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University, Mike has been working at Waterside over 9 years. During that time Mike has acquired a truly vast amount of experience and industry know how. The knowledge gained during close to a decade in the business has been strengthened by a very close mentor relationship with Rob Abrams. Mike feels being mentored by Rob has truly solidified his ongoing education in the industry beyond measure. He has intimate knowledge of the entire aircraft transaction – from listing through closing. He continues to grow and feels truly honored to work in an industry where many of his strong business relationships have morphed into true friendships.
Mike could not be more humbled and proud of his earning his Blackbelt in Muay Thai this past year after many years of hard work. Mike trains as often as possible and has experience in a large variety of martial arts disciplines. Mike, his wife Sperry, and their two sons, Noah and Griffin reside in Madison, CT where they enjoy spending time on the shoreline. You can often find them out on the family boat crabbing and fishing.

Steve Spooner – Corporate Aircraft Sales and Marketing
Steve Spooner has been in the aviation business for over 20 years. Flying since he was 13, Steve has been hooked on aviation ever since. Steve holds an ATP pilot license with type ratings in the B-767/757, B737, and the A-320. A graduate of Florida Institute of Technology with Bachelor’s Degrees in Aviation Management and Aeronautical Science, Steve has experience flying both Corporate Aircraft (CE-550, HS125-600, and CL-600) as well as various Airliners (EMB-120, CL-65, B-727, B-737, A-319/320, B-757, and B-767). Steve has vast operations knowledge of aircraft systems, and airplane operations. Steve and his family reside in Old Lyme, CT where they enjoy the shoreline and spending family time on their boat.
